Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All of our orders are packaged with extreme care and thought. We take measures to ensure no plants or cuttings are damaged during shipping.

We do recommend choosing next day shipping if you are ordering plants, as there is a small chance some yellowing could occur if in transit for an extended period of time.

Please take care to select the correct shipping option for your address as a refund may need to be issued if you have a rural address and have selected 'standard'

If you believe the shipping price for your order is too high, please get in contact with us as it can be hard to predict shipping prices through an automated system. Even if you have already paid for your order, we're happy to help!

Return & Exchange Information

If your order has been damaged during transit, including plants, this is a matter for the postal company to investigate, however please get in contact with us so we can work alongside you with the issue.

We offer refunds if a product doesn't work, if a product comes broken, or if a cutting/ plant arrives rotten, with a lot of yellowing, or snapped (all by mistake on our end, not shipping companies end). Please get in contact with us the day of arrival with pictures of the plant or product. You can do this via Facebook, Instagram, or Email.
